1. The service

Menteur! is a multiplayer party game for iPhone (app and App Clip) and its website menteur.app. By using it, you accept these terms.

2. Age and responsible play

The game refers to alcohol consumption and is for 18 and over. An alcohol-free points mode is available. Drink responsibly: water counts too, and the sip cap automatically switches a player to water. You remain solely responsible for your consumption and your guests’; never play before driving.

3. Behaviour

Names and avatars are visible to the players at the table. Abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content is forbidden; the host may kick a player at any time.

4. Account and data

No account is required. An anonymous identifier is created on your device; see the privacy policy.

5. Premium options

Some options (game modes, themes) may become paid in the full app. Purchases go exclusively through the App Store and can be restored from the settings. No purchase is offered in the App Clip.

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Games in progress may be interrupted by maintenance; settings and scores are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

Menteur!, its name, design and texts are protected. The rules of the “Pyramid” card game are in the public domain.

8. Contact and governing law

contact@menteur.app. French law applies; disputes go to the courts of the publisher’s domicile, without prejudice to consumer rights.
